3. What can I engrave on the perfume bottle?

You can engrave a name, a special date, a short message, or a monogram. The character limit and available fonts will be provided during customization. Our engraving process is flexible and allows you to create a unique, personalized message.

4. What is the default engraving color?

Each engraved bottle comes with a gold color fill unless noted otherwise on the product page. The gold fill provides a beautiful contrast against the glass, making your engraving stand out elegantly.

5. How much does engraving cost?

Pricing for engraving starts at $45, this is the cost of the engraving service only. Perfume bottles are as priced. The final price may vary depending on the length and complexity of the engraving. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. How long does it take to receive my engraved perfume?

Custom engraving typically adds a few days to order processing. Most engraved perfumes are shipped within 5-7 business days. Due to regulations, all orders are shipped via ground shipping, which may add additional time depending on your location. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

7. Can I return or exchange an engraved perfume?

Because our engraved perfumes are customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or with an engraving error, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will make it right.

8. What should I do if I made a mistake in my engraving order?

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the engraving has not yet been started, we will do our best to correct the mistake. Once engraving has begun, changes cannot be made.

9. Are all perfume bottles eligible for engraving?

Yes, all perfume bottles on EngravedPerfume.com can be engraved. We use our state-of-the-art UV laser to engrave each bottle, ensuring a high-quality result every time.

10. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes, we provide gift wrapping and special packaging options to make your engraved perfume even more special. These options can be selected during checkout for an additional fee.

11. Can I order bulk or corporate gifts?

Yes, we offer bulk orders and corporate gifting options. Engraved perfumes make excellent gifts for corporate events, weddings, and special occasions. For bulk or corporate orders, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
